All training provided is paid for by New Vision, including the hourly wages during training. This is an investment we commit to.

Our organization started in this wonderful county. With homes from Berwick to Wolfville. These include our Disability Support Program - with emphasis on Community Inclusion (CSW/RRW), and our Seniors and Long Term Care Facilities (CCA).

Hants County

Focusing in Windsor, we have several homes including those in the Disabilities Support Program as well as Long Term Care (CCA).

Halifax Regional Municipality

With the need of further housing and supports in Halifax, we are positioned to provide the supports needed to the community. If you live in Sackville, Bedford, Hammonds Plains or downtown Halifax, please apply today!

Tri-County (Yarmouth, Shelburne and Digby)

Our southernmost communities have been identified as those lacking the infrastructure needed to support persons with disabilities. As such, we have expanded our operations to include DSP Small Options Homes and Independent Living Supports in Yarmouth and Shelburne. We will next be focusing on Digby in 2025-2027.
