To whom it may concern. The employee Identification Card you scanned is a trained Community Support Worker (CSW). This person works in (but not limited to) community settings with persons with disabilities, youth or persons under Adult Protection (AP). We are licensed under both the Department of Opportunities and Social Development (DCS), or Department of Seniors and Long Term Care (TLC).

The person(s) which the CSW is engaged with is under our care and protection. Though interactions in public may seem as if they are in distress, please be assured they are well cared for. Each individual has unique care needs and may present in apparent dangerous actions. The CSW is trained to handle the situation appropriately.
