What is the difference between RRW/CSW and a CCA?
A Community Support Worker (RRW/CSW) helps people facing challenges like disabilities, mental health issues, or social isolation. They offer practical and emotional support to help people overcome obstacles.
- Provide personal care assistance 
- Help with activities of daily living 
- Assist clients and their families 
- Promote independence in the community, home, or group residence 
- Help clients deal with personal and social problems 
- Set up and manage social assistance programs and community services 
A Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) helps people with daily tasks and personal care. They work in a variety of settings, including homes and long-term care facilities.
