Our Story

 New Vision Special Care Homes Ltd. operates long term care facilities and support services under both the Department of Community Services (DCS) and the Department of Health and Wellness (DHW). Currently our operations include various models of care ranging from Residential Care Facilities for both seniors and persons with disabilities, Small Option Homes, Assisted Living, Independent Living Supports and unique non licensed solutions supporting clients with complex care needs not addressed by conventional supports. One of the unique aspects of our company is our ability to service a variety of different client populations with a diverse range of demographics. We specialize in supporting people who have struggled to find suitable placements that can meet their care needs. 

New Visions has always practiced in a ‘person-centered care approach’ that focuses on the individual and tailoring care supports to their unique needs. Our approach to care is through working with our residents to identify their care needs with respect for the client’s autonomy and in collaboration with the relevant outside stakeholders. This means we start with the person, identify where they need supports and bring the appropriate resources and personnel into their circle of care. Our ability to work with various departments allows us to provide our residents with innovative and unique approaches to quality care.
